Designed for kids ages 10+ and taught by our highly experienced Coach Chloe, this class teaches kids how to build their bodies, developing strength and flexibility in a fun and educating environment. No experience is necessary. Great for sports cross-training and first time fitness kids.
A unique class designed for Moms. BRING YOUR KIDS! We're all in the same boat so lets work together in a fun and encouraging environment. The kids get to play in the gym or if they're very little we'll incorporate them in out workout. There is nothing boring about this class. Expect lots of laughs and some excellent pelvic floor, core, shoulder/arms and glute conditioning.
