Want to work out but can't get time away from the kids? Bring them with you!
We're all in this together. Fit Moms is about providing an environment where Mamas of all ages can spend some time focusing on their own mental and physical health. To make this easier, we have fantastic gym for the kids to play in while we work out so you don't have to stress over cildcare. Our older kiddos are wonderful about helping with the littles. Babies are encouraged and we are great and making them part of the workout!
Taught by a mama, the class focuses on toning, strengthening, balancing and healing using mix of light strength training, Pilates, bands, stretching and more. We work on every part of the body including core and pelvic floor.
Add yourself as a "student" on our Parent Portal to enroll. There is nothing boring about this class. Expect lots of laughs and some excellent pelvic floor, core, shoulder/arms and glute conditioning. Mondays and Wednesday 11am-12pm. (only available one day a week?
