We offer fitness and cross training programming for kids separate from our existing gymnastics or dance programming. These are usually weekly classes that last 4-6weeks and offer things like:
Gymnastics conditioning for all athletes (increases strength and flexibility)
Pre-Ski cross-training (increase balance and work on air-born control like flips)
Functional Fitness for kids
These classes pop up closer to the offering dates so keep an eye on your email or our Social Media for up to date information
Want to work out but can't get time away from the kids? Bring them with you! With a focus on improving strength and flexibility using mix of light strength training, Pilates, yoga and bands, we work on every part of the body including core and pelvic floor. Babies and toddlers can stay nearby mama or even be incorporated into the workout. Kids are allowed to play in the gym while mama works out but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that they are polite and following gym rules. (add yourself as a "student" to enroll) There is nothing boring about this class. Expect lots of laughs and some excellent pelvic floor, core, shoulder/arms and glute conditioning.
