Designed for kids ages 10+ and taught by our highly experienced Coach Chloe, this class teaches kids how to build their bodies, developing strength and flexibility in a fun and educating environment. No experience is necessary. Great for sports cross-training and first time fitness kids.
A unique class designed for Mom AND Baby. We're all in the same boat so lets work together in a fun and encouraging environment. Littles are a part of the workout whether they're a tiny in your arms or babywearing gear, or an early toddler sitting on your back while you do plank. There is nothing boring about this class. Expect lots of laughs and some excellent pelvic floor, core, shoulder and glute conditioning.
