Hybrid Motion Ninja!
What's Ninja? A fun yet challenging class for boys or girls. No gymnastics experience necessary. Ninja class mixes light martial arts (respect, bowing, form, rolls and landings) with fun challenges like rings, obstacle courses, running up the wall (yep) and conditioning to help kids increase strength, balance and flexibility while having fun.
Ninja Levels:
White (Beginner)
Blue (Intermediate)
Red (Advanced)

Ages 3-6
CoEd:
Thursdays 9:15-10am (ages 3-5)
Wednesdays 3:40-4:25pm (ages 3-4)
Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm (ages 5-6)
Ages 7+
CoEd:
Wednesdays 5:20-6:45pm (Ninja Blue)
Thursday 4-4:45pm (Ninja White)
